What if we can manage our business data with voice commands? Well, this feature makes it simple.
Let's have a look at how it's done.

  • Navigate to your worksheet. Ensure that you are in view mode.

  • Now, you can find a voice button in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on that and a pop-up screen will appear on the bottom right corner.

  • Here, you can find a text area on the top, a voice button and a need help button on the centre. By clicking on the need help button, you can get the format on how to execute the filter or update actions.

  • Now, click on the voice button. You can enter the command as a voice. For example, you are collecting the data of an individual. You want to filter people who are above the age of 25 and earns more than 20,000. You have columns Age and Salary to collect these data. Your command will be like:

filter where Age is 25 and filter where Salary is 20000

  • You can find a text confirming the entry. Suppose, you have made a wrong entry, it can be edited in the section. If you have entered the column name wrong, it can be edited there. Now hit filter and see the magic taking place.

  • Now, you have another column Bonus. You want to increase the bonus of the employees, who meet the above-given criteria, by 10. You can use the following update command.

filter where Age is 25 and filter where Salary is 20000 and update column Bonus to value 10

Filtering/updating data with voice commands

  • Hit filter. The Bonus of these employees is updated.

Alternatively, you can enter these commands as text in the specified area of the menu.

  • If you wish to view the details of each employee, hit the reset button. Please note that the updated values remain constant and will not be rolled back.

This feature is available both on the web as well as mobile.
